Great style – brings coolness together with function with this great cycling jacket. It is offered in a wide variety of colors to make you look good on the road.

Weather protection – the semi form-fitting jacket is constructed of Elite-Barrier fabric which is both windproof and water resistant. Elite Barrier fabric with soft micromesh on inner collar included for added cold weather luxury.

Good fit too – slim fit that is lightweight and extremely packable, with h internal draft flap with zipper garage to seal in warmth. A contoured, shaped sleeve hem adds warmth, and it offers elasticized hem and cuffs.

Nice touches – a single back Velcro zippered pocket and a collar that tapers from front to back for biking ergonomics. When not needed this jacket easily rolls up to store in pocket or pannier.

There were only a few reviews from the women including this one. Runs small….I am usually an extra small and I ordered M as I wear it over a few layers. I am a referee and I wore on a very rainy day and stayed pretty dry.

These reviews are all about the men’s version of the same jacket which had a large number of positive review.

One reviewer stated that this is a great lightweight cycling jacket. There is no insulation, so wear it over a thermal jersey or thermal base layer in cold weather. The jacket fabric is thick enough to give you a lot of protection from wind and rain. There are even lighter weight jackets on the market, but they don’t offer the same amount of weather protection.

Regarding the fit this reviewer said this jacket has mesh armpit vents to keep you from overheating. It is also contoured to fit closely without binding when you are bicycling. A close fitting jacket helps to keep cold air from leaking in and chilling you. The black stripes in the photo show off the contoured construction; those are not stretch panels or vents. The rear of the jacket is a couple of inches lower than the front to help keep your rear end dry when you are biking in the rain.

A number of bike commuters use this jacket with one commenting that this is a perfect top layer jacket for commuting on the bike in often changing North-East weather and Boston traffic. It’s a reasonable windstopper, and it is very visible (I got the screaming yellow) in the dark. But my favorite quality is its water proofness combined with a very high breathability.

Several reviewers thought that this is a nice lightweight weather-resistant bicycling jacket. Wear it over a short sleeve jersey in a warm rain or over thermal underwear in cold weather.
